One of the best ways to see the whole Paris is to view it from the top of the Eiffel tower. Seeing the tower from afar was already breathtaking and it was a bonus to be able to climb on it. This iconic landmark is the tallest structure in the city which was named after Engr. Gustave Eiffel.

At around 08:00am we reached near base of the tower and while waiting for our appointment, we enjoyed taking pictures of the structure. With a closer look, we noticed the 72 engraved names of French scientists, engineers, and mathematicians recognized for the contributions they did for their country. When it was about time to climb, our tour guide led us to the base of the tower to wait a bit and queue. There were a lot of tourists queuing and all excited to climb. I feel we're blessed that were on the express lane and had our tickets reserved as part of our tour package because we didn't have to wait for so long. There were some security checks before we entered the lift going to the third level where the observatory platform is located. We had to squeeze in the lift which accommodates around 30 people. But that was fine for me, as long as I can reach their safely. Excitement overpowers!

Reached at the observatory platform and it was pretty amazing! I loved the moments when we were there. Hubby and I were too busy with our cameras, click here and click there. All I can think of was to thank God for this opportunity to travel and see the world. That moment gave me more encouragement, made me realized that I had to work harder, and be thankful. I was feeling high, full of hopes and full of dreams!
