Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons nata de coco (coconut gel)
- 4 tablespoons kaong (palm nuts)
- 4 tablespoons macapuno (canned shredded young coconut)
- 4 tablespoons yellow corn kernel
- 2 pieces jackfruit cut into small strips
- 2 tablespoons cooked red bean
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 4 small slices leche flan
- 4 scoops of ube (yam) ice cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 cups crushed ice

As much of an ingredient as can be held between thumb and index finger (1/16 teaspoon).

Steps:
- Divide the ingrediens into 4 bowls
- First put the nata de coco, kaong, macapuno, red bean, jacjfruit, corn
- Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan then set aside
- Put 1 cup crushed ice on each bowl
- Add the quarter of the milk ( or adjust to your preferred taste)
- Add the sugar (or adjust to your preferred taste)
- Put the 1 scoop ice cream on each bowl
- Add the leche flan on top
- Serve it with love
