Teach Me How to Doggie Fried Rice
About The recipe
Weekend breakfast is over-loaded with this yummy fried rice toppled with special sausage/hot-dog.
You may use other ingredients such as ham or luncheon meat in replacement of the sausage/hotdog. Cabbage (cut into small strips) is a good replacement of the mixed veggies. For healthier choice, use brown rice, tuna and cabbage for your fried rice.

Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly chopped
- 1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, peas, and corn)
- 8 pieces sausage/hotdog (Preferred: Tender Juicy)
- 3 raw eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 tablesspoons margarine/butter (Preferred: Star Margarine)
- pepper
- salt
- 5 to 7 cups leftover rice
Steps:
- Heat the cooking oil then put the beaten eggs
- Once cooked, slice into small pieces on the pan using 2 wooden spatula
- Remove the scrambled eggs from the pan then set aside
- Add more cooking oil or margarine
- Heat the cooking oil then saute the garlic
- Put the leftover rice
- Stir for 5 minutes until heated
- Put salt and pepper to taste
- Add the mixed veggies
- Add the ham and sausage/hotdogs
- Mix thoroughly for 5 minutes
- Serve hot and share!
